Housing Initiative

The District has developed several different sites for affordable and/or employee housing.

Glassell Park (Rio Vista) Apartments: 50 apartments co-located with Glassell Park Early Education Center, completed in 2012.
Sage Park Apartments: 90 units of affordable family housing with a preference for LAUSD families on 50% of the units. Completed in 2016.
Selma Community Apartments: 66 units of family housing with a preference for LAUSD families on 50% of the units. Completed in 2016.
Norwood Learning Village: 29 units of family housing with a preference for LAUSD families. Completed in 2017.
